Tracy supports Heritage’s investment operations with a focus on private investments and alternative strategies. She plays a key role in executing and monitoring complex investment activities, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and consistency across portfolios spanning private equity, alternative assets, and multi-entity structures.

She joined Heritage from Mangham Associates, where she supported investment operations and client service for sophisticated portfolios. Prior to that, Tracy spent 18 years in the healthcare sector, bringing a strong operational discipline and attention to detail to her work. Her experience enables her to support complex investment structures with efficiency and precision.

Tracy holds a B.A. in Business with a focus in Sustainability from Mary Baldwin University. Outside of work, she enjoys antiquing and road trips.
