Administrative Associate

Taylor supports day-to-day operations and helps ensure a seamless experience for clients and team members.

Prior to joining Heritage, Taylor served as an Administrative Assistant at LeafSpring School, where she managed scheduling, coordinated events, maintained records, and supported cross-team communication. She has also held supervisory responsibilities, overseeing staff coordination, schedules, and workflow to support efficient operations.

She brings a strong foundation in organization, customer service, and operational support, and is known for her attention to detail, reliability, and team-oriented approach. She is a Notary Public and volunteers her time supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys Broadway musicals; her favorites are Hamilton and West Side Story.
