Takisha is at the heart of the firm’s operations team. With more than 17 years at Heritage, she plays a key role in strengthening processes that support both clients and colleagues, ensuring each interaction reflects the firm’s standards of care, accuracy, and reliability.

Before joining Heritage, Takisha held roles with Virginia Farm Bureau and Capital One Financial Corporation, where she developed a strong foundation in financial operations and client service. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University and is also a commissioned notary public.

An original member of the Foundation for Financial Independence (FFI) committee, Takisha continues to help guide its mission to expand access to financial education and empower individuals and families to build lasting independence. The foundation’s first grant recipient, the Neighborhood Resource Center in Fulton, her own community, provides programs focused on nutrition, gardening, youth development, and financial education.

Outside of work, Takisha enjoys taking hip-hop dance classes, exploring local seafood restaurants, and traveling with her husband.
