Steven collaborates with clients to offer investment guidance.

He spent 10 years at Mangham Associates before joining the Heritage team. He worked at UBS and Reserve Funds. Steven has also served as the Executive Director of the Historical Society of Carroll County in Westminster, Maryland.

He earned his B.A. in Business Administration from James Madison University, and a M.A. in Sociology from The New School for Social Research. Steven is a registered investment advisor in the State of Virginia.

Steven has served on the Board of Trustees and as Inaugural Treasurer for the Peter Bullough Foundation in Winchester, VA. He also has volunteered with the Louisa County Historical Society and the Wildlife Conservation Society’s Central Park Zoo.

He enjoys playing blues guitar, kayaking, and tomato gardening.
