Katherine plays an essential role in ensuring the firm’s operational excellence. She supports the seamless flow of information and assets across client relationships through process management, accurate reporting, and thoughtful coordination. Her work helps maintain the integrity of Heritage’s investment and reporting systems, supporting timely transactions, transparent communication, and a consistent client experience.

Before her time at Heritage, Katherine was part of the Client Advisor Services team at SCS Financial for three and a half years and worked with the Preferred Banking Team at First Republic Bank for two years.

She earned her B.A. in Communications from Denison University in Granville, Ohio, where she also competed on the diving team for four years.

Katherine enjoys exploring Richmond with her husband, and they have recently taken up making homemade pasta together. She lives in Richmond, VA, with her husband, their son, and their two Ragdoll cats, Nova and Mango.
