Joy supports the marketing and business developement efforts of the firm.

Prior to her joining Heritage, she gained experience in management, specializing in financial reporting, training coordination, and training restructuring.

Currently enrolled at Virginia Commonwealth University, Joy is pursuing a degree in Marketing with a concentration in product and brand management, complemented by a minor in finance.

While studying at Virginia Commonwealth University, she serves as a financial analyst for the Student Managed Investment Portfolio. Additionally, she actively participates in professional organizations such as the American Marketing Association, Women in Business, and the VCU Business Mentorship Program.

Joy currently resides in Richmond, VA, with her husband Nathaniel and their three cats.
