Jason is a seasoned alternative investment leader and strategist in private capital. He plays an integral role in shaping and advancing the Heritage Private Fund platform, working closely with senior leadership to structure allocations, evaluate opportunities, and ensure disciplined implementation.

Jason oversees the firm’s network of external managers, leading sourcing, due diligence, and ongoing performance monitoring for private equity, private credit, real estate, and other alternative strategies. His work strengthens the rigor, diversification, and forward-looking construction of the firm’s private fund vehicles and client portfolios.

Before joining Heritage, Jason built deep, hands-on experience in private markets through roles at Atlas Diligence, RCP Advisors, Equi, and by managing an alternative investment program for a single-family office. These roles shaped his analytical approach and his ability to evaluate complex strategies through both institutional and practitioner lenses.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Jason holds a B.S. in Business Administration and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation.

Outside of work, he’s an avid traveler and Buffalo Bills fan. Jason resides in Durham, North Carolina with his wife and their two cats, Cruz and Zip.
