Catrice has been part of Heritage since the firm opened in 2005 and has many key roles, including human resources management, office operations, and budgeting and financial analysis.

Prior to her role at Heritage, Catrice worked at Capital One Financial Corporation as an Administrative Assistant for seven years and has just under 20 years of experience in human resources, office management, and administration.

Catrice earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Strayer University and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer System Applications from ECPI College of Technology. She is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Catrice is also an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and SHRM Richmond and has been involved with SHRM since 2009.

Her many interests include mixology, interior design, and supporting her son’s creative endeavors in apparel design.
