Dee Ann founded the firm in 2005 with a clear vision: to build a comprehensive and collaborative multi-family office serving high-net-worth individuals and families. With decades of experience as a former tax and wealth management partner at KPMG, Dee Ann brings deep expertise in financial planning, investment strategy, and navigating the complex needs of affluent clients.

Dee Ann is a frequent speaker at national industry conferences and is widely recognized for her insights on family governance, philanthropic planning, and women in leadership. In 2023, she was honored as a member of the YWCA of Richmond’s Outstanding Women Award Class in recognition of her professional excellence and community impact.

Her leadership extends beyond the firm through extensive civic engagement. Dee Ann currently serves on the boards of the RVA Community Development Corporation and Chesapeake Financial Shares, Inc. Her previous board service includes the West Virginia University Foundation, Visual Arts Center of Richmond, Richmond SPCA, The Valentine Museum, Richmond Memorial Health Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond, the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts (VMFA) Advisory Council, Richmond Estate Planning Council, The Community Foundation for a greater Richmond, and Sports Backers.

Dee Ann earned her B.S. magna cum laude from West Virginia University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), and a Personal Financial Specialist. Her professional affiliations include the Institute for Certified Financial Planners and the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants.
